Despatch and Delivery Information

Postage costing is dependant on weight. Each item has been weighed when uploaded and the total weight will be calculated at the checkout.

I deliver to all areas of the UK however if your home does not come under this please don't hesitate to email me at rustic_touch@yahoo.com with your order details and I will source a postage quote for you.

I aim to get items out either the same day or the next working day for 'in stock items'. My handmade/hand painted items take 5-7 days, if for any reason it will be slightly longer i will email you to inform you.

Please ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at checkout. If it is incorrect I can not be liable for the loss or additional postage costs. If however you have placed an order and wish to amend the address please email me at rustic_touch@yahoo.com as soon as you can and I will do my best to change it.

Returns

If you need to return your item please email rustic_touch@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please inform me of your order number and your reason for returning. If damaged please attach any pictures as I may need to take it up with the delivery courier too.

I do not cover the cost for returns so please make sure the items are sent back in their original packaging with a tracked delivery service and safe for delivery as I can not be liable for lost goods and you won't receive your refund.

As soon as the items are received I will issue a refund back to your original payment method, this may take up to 7 working days to appear.
