This beautiful gift idea came in as a request first by a lovely lady wanting a special memory gift for her friend. The second then came in for a Mother's Day gift which again I thought was a lovely idea so it's very versatile.
Personalised clay heart tags handmade & bunched together on twine. A lovely posy to the top made from my dried flowers (colour of your choice unless not requested and then it will come as in the picture)
